Enhancement of a photo shall be confined to plus or minus of color saturation, contrast and brightness. 3. The aspect of photography for this contest is Portraiture and therefore, partial sharpening or softening is strictly prohibited. Although the juros decision is final. But at least must adhere to the rules and regulations. |
